Q. What's included in the cost of Boot Camp?
A. Boot Camp is a 6 -week session which includes five, one-hour sessions a week for six weeks, a Boot Camp T-shirt, personal instruction, meal recipes if desired and incentive based challenges.
Q. Is Boot Camp for all fitness levels?
A. Yes. Boot Camp is designed for individuals at beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness levels. A work-at-your-own-motivated-pace structure is facilitated.
Q. What do we do at Boot Camp?
A. Boot Camp is about the basics: Lunges, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, sprints, jumping jacks, and many other weight bearing exercises that personally challenge the individual.
Q. Is there a lot of running at Boot Camp?
A. Running is based on the individual ability level; whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. Some challenges will include running; but, hustling and pushing to meet the challenge at hand is most common in a boot camp.
Q. What do I wear to Boot Camp?
A. Sports wear and your boot camp t-shirt, comfortable supportive athletic shoes. Do not forget your water bottle and a towel.
Q. What if I miss a day of Boot Camp?
A. Boot Camp sessions are interchangeable if there is an alternate day available. If you miss your regular Boot Camp session, you may attend another session that day or on another day that week only.
Q. Is there Boot Camp when it rains?
A. This is a "rain or shine" boot camp. Unless it is lightening or there are thunderstorms or hail, we will have boot camp. Recommendations for hot or cold weather are available.
Q. What can I expect out of Boot Camp?
A. What can we expect from you? Let's face it, with any exercise program, you will get out of it what you put into it. If you join, show up and commit to the work, you will be rewarded with a healthy, fit body and experience weight loss and self confidence. All you have to do is get here! We help you do the rest!
