Challenge Your Friends Challenge Your Neighbors Challenge Your Co-Workers
It's All About Bragging Rights! Here's a fun approach to fitness. Get a group of friends, neighbors and/or co-workers and challenge each other to a better body! Here's how it works: Small groups (2-4 people) get together and workout 3 times per week for a total of 12 sessions. We will bring the gym to you!
